If you wish to put a standard sized DIN stereo in your 144 you need to buy a Facia Plate and Hazard light Switch. These can be obtained from your local Nissan Dealer under the following Part numbers, located in the dealers part system under Satallite  Navigation

Stereo Fascia Adapter 28074-9F500-
Hazard Switch 25290-9F500-
Nissan to ISO Loom B837589961

Approximate cost for all three parts is £45
